At 1Minute AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued. All payments are processed securely through PayU.

2. Free Trial

1Minute offers a free plan with 50 conversations at no cost. We encourage you to evaluate the service on the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription. No credit card is required to start.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of payment.
• Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused conversations within a billing cycle.
• Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
• Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has begun.
• Setup fees or one-time charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Email support@1minute.in with subject line: 'Refund Request — [Your Account Email]'.
• Include your account email, transaction ID (from PayU), and reason for the request.
• Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed via PayU. Refunds are credited back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking). Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. No data is deleted immediately upon cancellation.
